Ubisoft doesn’t stop! With Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag coming soon, the Ubisoft Toronto studios, collaborating with Ubisoft Montreal, are already working on the next game, probably to be released around October next year.
“The thing that’s great to me is that there is still some of my favorite people who, you know, we were in the trenches shipping that first one,”
said the Ubisoft Toronto Managing Director Jade Raymond, to Polygon, about her studio being working with Ubisoft Montreal on the next Assassin’s Creed game.
“We lived through all of that stuff together and some of those guys are still on the franchise and have been there. So it’s a just for me to work with some of those people again.”
After finishing the games currently being developed, Ubisoft Toronto already have five new titles on their hands for the coming years: Between them is two new IP and another Splinter Cell game.
“We have two big collaborations coming that we’re not talking about, on two of the biggest franchises at Ubisoft,” Raymond said. “We also have two new IP.” The fifth project will be another Splinter Cell game.
